Good Baked Chicken Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 stick butter
1/2 can half and half or about 1 cup of milk
1 cooked chicken -- cut up
rice, instant -- cooked

Grease baking dish. Pour minute rice on bottom of dish. In sauce pan heat both cans of soup, onion soup mix, butter, and half & half. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over rice. Place chicken on rice. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Bake at 200 for 2 hours.
