Cheesy Mostaccioli

16 ounces mostaccioli pasta -- cooked
1 1/2 pound ground beef -- browned and drained
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1 11 ounce can Cheddar cheese soup
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -- divided

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add seasoning to browned meat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and soup. Combine pasta, sauce mixture, and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes.
