Ranch Potato Crisps

4 medium baking potatoes
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package Ranch salad dressing mix -- (1 ounce)

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash potatoes and leave skin on. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place sliced potatoes in bowl. Add vegetable oil; stir to coat. Add dressing mix; stir to coat. Line potato slices in a single layer on 15-inch baking stone. Do not overlap slices. Bake 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are brown. Serve warm.
