Waffles

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs slightly. Beat in milk and oil. Add to flour mixture; beat just till combined but still slightly lumpy.

Bake according to manufacturer's directions.
