Easy Beef Tortilla Pizzas

Serving Size : 4

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon crushed oregano
1 teaspoon salt
4 flour tortillas -- 10 inch
4 teaspoons olive oil
**TOPPING**
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup shredded Monterey jack or Cheddar cheese -- (4 ounces)
1/3 cup sliced black olives

Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain. Stir in oregano and salt. Place tortillas on two large baking sheets. Lightly brush with oil.

Bake at 400 for 3 minutes. Remove from oven. Divide beef mixture evenly over tops of tortillas; top with toppings. Bake at 400 for 2-3 minutes more.
